Chocolate explosion in mini form. The best
This delicacy is exceptionally easy. Take any box brownie (Duncan Hines is best), and fill mini muffin cups with the batter. Follow baking instructions for MINI muffins, (not regular) and doll up the results with the following toppings.
Brownie bite topper #1. Drizzle melted chocolate chips (dark or white chocolate) over brownies, in zigzag form. Looks very classy.
Brownie bite topper #2 Single topper such as whole marachino cherry with stem, or half a pecan. Walnut slices work well too.
Brownie bite topper #3 Cream swirl. Too easy. Just spritz a small whisp of aerated cream, such as reddi whip ontop of each bite. Sprinkle with cocoa powder (lightly)
Extra tips: K.I.S.S. as in quick toppers. Think Peanut blossoms (small beanut butter kisses), chocolate blossoms (hershey's kisses) aloft a warm bite. Yum.
